Our Winter Division is stream-lined to provide the utmost in snow removal services. From clearing the snow off parking lots & sidewalks to ice control, we understand the importance of safety through the winter months. Our large fleet of equipment includes plow trucks, sanders, front end loaders, & dump trucks which enables us to provide all services encompassing snow removal operations. Additionally, we manage our own snow dump site in Anchorage allowing us to further increase our commitment to timely and efficient service.

The number one priority in our company is Safety. We provide services on a 24/7 basis; depending on weather conditions, we strive to complete all services request within a timely manner.

SNOWPLOWING:

Having clear access to your property is important for both your customers and employees. Most of our plowing services are conducted during off-hours so as to minimize interference with business operations. However, during on-going storm events, our fleet will open up aisle ways and entrances to ensure easibility to enter and exit the parking lots throughout the business day. We offer hourly, per occurrence and monthly contracts with services commencing automatically from ¼" accumulation and up. We can tailor a package for your properties needs and budget.

SIDEWALKS:

It is just as important for customers to be able to drive into and through your parking lots as it is to walk to the front door. We provide full-service snow & ice management which includes clearing all sidewalks, fire exits, handicap parking areas & ramps to be free of snow. After completing the service we lay ice melt products to provide additional traction aid in keeping the area free of snow and ice build-up. We have both day and night shift sidewalk crews to provide services tailoring to meet each business's needs.

SANDING:

We offer sanding services on a 24/7 basis. One of our managers is always available after-hours to ensure your property receives the services requested. Depending on weather conditions, we strive to complete all requests within a timely manner.

SNOW REMOVAL:

We understand the value that each parking space provides to your business. We have a full fleet of heavy equipment that can remove the snow from the property and relocate it off site. We also manage our own snow dump facility which further improves our ability to provide a quality and efficient service.

COMMERICIAL ROOF CLEARING:

From heavy snow accumulation to ice build-up, snow loads can become cumbersome and damaging to roofs. We will clear sufficient snow from the roof to ease the load and relocate the snow to existing piles on the property or haul it off-site.
